ProofPay, Inc. (“Proof,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers an SMS program that allows users to create invoice drafts, receive account notifications, payment reminders, and other service-related messages.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Proof related to your use of the Service.

2. Program Description

Proof’s SMS program is used to support your account and the operation of the Service.

Messages may include:

• Invoice draft creation
• Account notifications

Proof does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again or initiate a new supported conversation where permitted.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Proof is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier or factors outside our reasonable control.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use Proof’s SMS program.

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by Proof’s Privacy Policy.
